One Thing: Embodied Perspective

Hi friends,
Let’s do a little time travel this week and float ourselves forward to the end of the year. Perhaps all of your magical trios and aspirations for the year have been realized, but we’re not going to make a list of accomplishments or to-dos. I trust those will unfold naturally. Instead, we’ll connect with our hearts & bodies as they might feel year from now.
An Embodied Perspective on 2025
Find a quiet space for this practice. Look away from the screen and feel your feet on the ground. Make tight fists and release your hands a few time. If it’s supportive, tune into your breath for 5-10 cycles before imagining yourself on next New Year’s Eve.
2025 has been your most fulfilling year yet. Allow that to saturate your being, stay curious about it, and then answer the following two questions:
How do feel in your body on December 31, 2025?
What is the prevailing mood, or background emotional tone, of your life at the end of next year?
To complete the practice, sense if there’s a word or short phrase that summarizes your answers and is easy to recall throughout the year ahead. I’ll share mine in the comments below!
