This practice offered a complete reset for me. Even I am surprised at how effective it was (although, it was 11 miles, so I had plenty of time to bask)!

If you don't have time to make it active this week, don't let that hold you back. I strongly suggest writing out a list of qualities that you appreciate about yourself as a starting point.

wow! I can only imagine the list I could attempt during my 100 miler...LOL! But then again my brain will probably stop working... I'll try it for a shorter run for sure though :)
